  • No refund ,
  • Exchange or store credit note only within 14 days of purchase.
  • The goods must not have been installed a used and do it be in its original packaging intact.
  • The customer is responsible for examining all merchandise upon taking possession or receipt. Items received damaged, if any, must be reported WITHIN 48 HOURS. 
  • Final sale for any promotional item, demonstrator, clearance or special order.
  • No return, refund or credit note on yous kind of board are , ceramic and products pose.

 

 

***** Pickup *****

 

We ask that you contact us at 450-434-8889, 48 hours before your visit so that your order is prepared for pick-up. Without notice we louse Vons guarantee the possession the same day.

 

 

***** Product warranty *****

 

In the event of product breakage within the time limit (Manufacturer's applicable limited warranty), a period will be necessary for the manufacturer to examine the request and process it.

The damaged product or part must be returned to the store to give you the new one.

 

 

*****Transport*****

 

* Deliveries are made by compagnies independent transportation.

* Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery time, however we will contact you to schedule the day.

If there is nobody to receive your goods it will be returned to our warehouse and transport costs will be charged.

* A tracking number will be provided upon request if applicable.

* The delivery time varies between 7 to 14 days (working)
